This is the gorgeous cake that has one of my custom order dollies on the top,dont she look cute!
It was so nice to do a custom order to resemble her daughter and the clothes she would be wearing for her ,"shake ,rattle and roll" themed party.
The customer who ordered her has kindly sent me the photos of the fab party that she had for her 5 year old daughter ,it looks fun.

Cooking class!

I decided on doing a dolly on something very close to my heart,cooking!
I work in a childrens nursery as the cook,and bake cakes most days,something i love!
So this dolly,even though does not resemble me personally,is having her own little baking day..also when im in kitchen i would not have everything on table,i like to put away as i go,like to be organised ,at least in the kitchen if nowhere else!

As for the mouse under the table,that would not be allowed!!!!

Theres been alot of talk on a craft forum about,how much would they pay for a stall?
Persoanlly i have paid allsorts with all different results,i think it will depend on the day.
I found even with extensive advertising,it all depends if you have what a customer is looking for that day and if its the right price.
Lets not forget why we started doing our craft in the first place!
Was it to get money?
No i dont think so ,you did it for the enjoyment and the love of it.
You will not neccessary get the money for the effort and time you put into it,but is'ant it just nice that someone likes your work and willing to pay for it..

Mothers day uk 14th march

This is one of my dollies i sell on etsy/folksy,this is my fav for mothers day.
She has a very special cookie,chocolate,with pink icing.What mum could resist a yummy cookie.
Ive been making other dollies too,as ive got an easter carft fair in northamptonshire ,so trying to get some stock,but keep getting sidetracked,maybe i should stay away from my computer and get cracking.
